2. Our parcels are sent by Parcelforce 48 hour courier service.
3. We take great care to ensure our products are of the highest standards, however if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange or refund the item at your request.
4. Items should be returned to Heather Hills Ltd., Bridge of Cally, Blairgowrie, Perthshire PH10 7JG.
5. When returning the item, we suggest you retain a certificate of posting for your own records, in the event of the product failing to reach us.
