A semi-set honey, creamy and deep hazelnut in colour. Sourced from the Manuka tea tree flowers in New Zealand. A warm, heady aroma of camphor. The palate is bold and masculine with notes of musty wood and caramelised sugar, combined with a thick creamy texture that melts in the mouth. This is a honey for those that prefer a bold honey with a deep, savoury edge.
