Seldom found in the UK now, our Clover Honey is a naturally set, creamy honey sourced from the pastures of New Zealand. A pale honey, its aroma is floral with notes of caramel, butter and vanilla. It has a warm palate of butterscotch and a very mild finish. It’s mild flavour will enhance any food and is delicious with Pecorino or a creamy English Lancashire Cheese.

As honey aficionado's we have selected a small number of honeys to compliment our own Scottish honeys. The range offers a broad range of flavours and textures. They are all monofloral (single flower) honeys and have been carefully selected by ourselves for their unique taste and quality.
