We work extensively with our local Perthshire berry growers, where fruit culture has been a lifelong  passion for over a century. They depend on our 52 million worker bees to carry out the necessary pollination required for optimum crop yields and the perfect berry – both in size, shape, colour and  flavour. In turn, our bees gather the nectar to produce our  outstanding Scottish Blossom Honey whilst keeping their colonies  strong. It’s a natural synergy and one formative in our jam making.

Our award-winning artisan spoon preserves capture the vibrant flavours  of this fruit in their most inherent form. We handcraft in traditional open pans using 100% minimal, natural ingredients and gently cook for a minimal time period, to ensure the singular flavour of each fruit shines through. We then bottle and label by hand.

Our preserves partake in a very special relationship between our honey bees and the many foods they help produce; this not only prevents the  decline of the honey bee - a truly great natural pollinator - but also supports the continued production of the best soft fruit in the world from our local area.

Our deliciously tangy fine-cut marmalade handcrafted from gently simmered Seville oranges, delicately married with our award-winning signature Scottish Heather Honey – a taste of Highland sunshine on toast! 

Ingredients: Sugar, Seville Oranges, Water, Heather Honey (8%), Lemon Juice, Gelling Agent (Fruit Pectin). Prepared with 30g of fruit per 100g.

Divinely intense, overflowing with Scotland’s signature fruit! Made from plump, scarlett Perthshire raspberries from our local fruit farm in Blairgowrie. The quintessential ingredient for a Cranachan or Cream Tea – a must for any Scottish gathering.

Deliciously tangy, bursting with whole, juicy Perthshire Ben Tirran blackcurrants from our local fruit farm. Spoon generously over ice cream. Perfect with smoked venison, duck, or game or paired with strong blue cheeses such as Stilton or Roquefort or sharp, salty cheeses like Manchego, Feta or Aged Parmesan.
