Our signature Scottish Heather Honey married with the classic Eastern Highlander 10 year old single malt from Edradour, our local distillery in Pitlochry. A rum-like dram of sherry, barley and toasted almonds ending with spiced fruitcake and crème anglaise that enhances the warm palate and endless, floral finish of our honey perfectly. Use in desserts and ice cream. Harvested October 2022. Great Taste 2017 1-star Award-winner.
