Strawberry Jam

Heather Hills bees are used to pollinate the flowers of the local fruit fields around Blairgowrie, Perthshire before the heather is in season. This provides us with our Scottish Blossom Honey and the fruit farmers with enhanced fruit crops.

We thought we would utilise some of this top quality fruit so we have added to our portfolio a selection of luxury preserves using only the best fruit grown in Scotland pollinated by our own bees.

All our preserves are extra fruit jams, low in sugar and high in fruit. Our strawberry preserve is free of all artificial colours and flavouring and will take you back to the days of homemade jam "just like Grannys"
